The rolls...

Welcome to a week of recipes! We'll start off with the dinner rolls!

These rolls have been a HUGE hit with my family. It's probably all the butter.....

They give the appearance of a lot of work but are really quite easy (frozen dinner roll dough is the key!). I use PW's Buttered Rosemary Rolls as the base recipe. The only change I make to the ingredients is with the type of herbs used. I also found out that Mrs. Dash works really great!! Here's the link to the original recipe.

I bake these according to the recipe's directions EXCEPT that I use a 9x13 glass casserole dish (makes a dozen rolls). Baking times and everything else stay the same - but, be careful NOT to let these go too long or the bottoms will burn!

The funnest part of this is when you brush them with butter after they're done baking - the melted butter sizzles when it hits the pan and gets absorbed into the bottom of the rolls...
