Sweater status and signs of spring

First of all, I think this sweater thing might actually work out. I've finished the back and front:

The sleeves and the pocket:

And I'm working on the hood today. I might even get this put together later today assuming no one decides I need to go anywhere or do anything remotely productive otherwise....

But, before I get back to it, I wanted to also share this - According to LD, every snail is named Gary and this little guy was in the back yard at Dale's last week. A sure sign that spring is really here:

I've always loved snail shells... they're just so.... snaily!
