A sad day at the sanctuary

Today, my daughter's horse suffered a spinal injury. He had to be put down. This was the first horse at her grandparent's sanctuary that was HER's.

RIP Warrior
Beth had this to say about her horse:

"I loved Warrior from the first second I saw him. It almost was like a switch for a light turning on. I thought I would have him for ever and ever. This was in the middle of June. I decided to paint him. I thought the name "Warrior" sounded like an Indian name and the Indians painted their horses so this was my painted warrior horse."

"Good-bye, Warrior, see you at the Rainbow Bridge."
