We picked some wildflowers and put them in a glass:
The swallows are getting big.... and I stand corrected... I counted FIVE (not four) babies in the nest today.... I think they're getting ready to go soon, as this one was perched on the edge of the nest. Look at all those little pinfeathers!
As soon as it saw me it scooted back into the nest and was giving me the evil eye!
And, since we don't have a dishwasher, we have our own version of the pre-wash cycle.
